I'm an Economist at Amazon in the People eXperience and Technology Central Science (PXTCS) team. I work on increasing employee retention, productivity, and well-being through initiatives like flexible scheduling, internal mobility, and labor planning.

In Fall 2026, I’m a Visiting Lecturer at MIT teaching an undergraduate economics research course.

I have a PhD in Economics from MIT in 2023. My academic research is on labor and public finance, particularly unemployment insurance.
